[sqlite] enabling FK in VisualStudio

Hello all, I want enabling foreign key in the file app.config of visual 
studio 2015 is-it possible? if yes, what is the string?
I tested connectionString = "data source=d:\db.sqlite; ForeignKeys=true;"
but the FK does not work.
