We overload the meaning of operator *: VectorIteratorBase foo; *foo <-- we make this return a reference (i.e. int&). likewise for operator ->. Does VC++ support overloading operator * and -> ? It should, IIRC. Rob -- GPG key available at: <http://users.bigpond.net.au/robertc/keys.txt>.
