No. But what has it to do with varying "id"  for same video, which makes
documented STORE-ID algo obsolete ?
This varying "id" yt also used some time ago already, for quite a while.

(BTW: About a year ago yt also used real range requests. Changed it after a
few months to their range spec in  URL. Never mentioned in wiki, AFAIK)
