SERBIAN-AMERICAN CENSUS PROJECT 2005
Dear Friend: If you are an American of Serbian descent, or a Serb legally
residing in the United States, we ask for a couple of minutes of your time
to fill in this brief questionnaire and return it to us by mail, facsimile,
or e-mail. Its purpose is strictly to help promote the interests of our
community by establishing the number of its members and their geographic
location; we assure you that it will not be used for commercial purposes.
The importance of having this information became obvious with the very tight
result last November 2. We have reason to believe that our, Serbian-American
votes have decided the outcome (notably in Ohio) - but to make that claim
with credibility we need to know how many of us are there. By taking a few
brief moments to answer these questions you will help us all acquire this

Dragi prijatequ: Ako ste Amerikanac srpskog porekla ili Srbin sa legalnim
boravkom u SAD molimo Vas da odgovorite na prilo`ena pitawa i odgovor
po{aqete po{tom, faksom ili e-po{tom na adresu u zaglavqu. Svrha ovog popisa
jeste da slu`i interesima na{e zajednice tako {to }emo ustanoviti wenu
brojnost i geografsku raspore|enost. Uveravamo Vas da podaci ne}e biti
kori{}eni u komercijalne svrhe. Va`nost ovih podataka do{la je do izra`aja
na izborima 2. novembra: veoma je mogu}e da su srpski glasovi presudili
ishod (pogotovu u Ohaju) ali da bismo ubedqivo izneli takvu tvrdwu, treba da
ustanovimo koliko nas ima. Svojim odgovorom dajete doprinos ovom ciqu, na
