Ticket 22 has already been committed.
But I actually had some questions about it, here

Basically, I don't understand that there is a problem _unless_ you want to 
switch out of a __enter__ or __exit__ method.  The body managed by a context 
manager should be ok.
Unless I misunderstand something.  But perhaps there is a compelling case to be 
had for soft-switching out of these context manager special method.  I was 
waiting for Anselm to comment on this.
