Actually, I forgot that __future__.py really exists.
Therefore I'm +1 for __future3__
(and it looks not too bad if we later remove the 3)

p.s.: sadly, those constants in the module are also in
compile.h, code.h, future.c and pythonrun.h.
Patching __future__.py does not help at all :-(
