Odd. Microsoft says the number for this diagnostic (function was declared "deprecated") is 4996. I can't find 1478 or 1786 in the online documentation.

Unfortunately, I can't find the list of warnings with descriptions
for icc (I don't remember why I specified 1478 at first time).

That's strange. I thought Intel C++ was supposed to be compatible
with MSVC down to the warning numbers. So how does it handle the
MSVC pragmas? Does it just ignore them?
