Ok I did some tests with an other Solaris server and it worked, so I found out that there was a missconfiguration with the FC HBA : its BIOS has to be disabled !!! All is working fine now.
Then, for later reference, I can say that a physical disk of 20TB (LBA64) can be used on Solaris 10u9 x86_64.
