html:button and html:radio in 1.0b2

Hello,

i'm currently switching our application from struts-0.5 to 1.0b2
and i have to made some stupid changes in some of my
jsp-pages:

1) html:radio accepts no 'tabindex'
2) html:button does not get his label from the tag-body (html:submit does it)

is there a reason for this changes?
