indexed html-el and c:forEach

any chance that we can get support in struts-el for indexed html tags nested within <c:forEach>, a much more flexible and useful iterator?

at the moment, BaseHandlerTag.prepareIndex is hardcoded to look for a parent IterateTag. i'm not sure if that could be cleanly overridden to look for a parent that implements the jstl loop tag interface.
