I have attached a short (< 2700 byte) Q-Basic program that 
calculates moon phases for Julian and Gregorian years.  By 
changing the last two <PRINT> commands to <LPRINT>, 
you can make a paper print for any year.  The program was 
originally published in SKY & TELESCOPE, March 1985.
