Well, it looks like the OSS model of sound used by the utadem kernel
module has been depricated in the 2.6.35 kernel for linux. Thus, there
is no /dev/dsp or /dev/mixer and the soundcore kernel module does not
supply the register_sound_mixer or register_sound_dsp entry points that
utadem uses.
Anyone know enough about this driver to update it to the new ALSA sound
model?
