There are a couple of bugs related to similar things which have been fixed and will be part of the next Maintenance release.

If you call Support and have a valid Support contract, you can get a Temporary Binary to fix this issue today.

That's clear. However, I hoped there might exist a simple intermediate
fix for the issue or at least people in here which suffer from the same
issue so that we could quickly get things running and not have to wait
ages until things get handled by anyone of the Oracle staff.
