We see that error too.
Increasing workers to 32 did not help the problem(26d).
We have 17 DTU's connecting to a SR 5.4+OL 6.3 box and two DTU's seem to
get 26d's. We reboot the server to clear the error but then later two
other dtu's get a 26d.
I opened a case on Friday with oracle support. It's a holiday today. So
I expect them to get back to me tomorrow.
ut_gather did not flag any errors.
