elphel ppa repo dose not include Ubuntu 14.04.2 trusty

1. Download a live usb <http://www3.elphel.com/liveusb> (
kubuntu-elphel-4.iso <http://community.elphel.com/files/live-dvd/>) and the
firmware image
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/elphel/files/elphel353-8/8.2.16/> (which
you already did), boot from the usb drive and flash the camera. Let me know
if there are any problems.

2. Manual adding should work:

Add the following lines to your sources.list (*sudo kate
/etc/apt/sources.list*)):
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/elphel/ppa/ubuntu natty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/elphel/ppa/ubuntu natty main

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cris-dist

Try building the firmware after.
