Denis, You should have all the circuit diagrams - each camera has them inside the file system. You may also get them from the camera source code on Sourceforge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/elphel/files/elphel/6.2.30/elphel323_6.2.30.tar.bz2/download Then un-archive the downloaded file and then internal archive, circuit diagrams should be here:
elphel_6.2.30/elphelcamera/packages/web/docs/ CCD is controlled by a sequencer in FPGA, but you do not need to change the FPGA code - the sequence itself is loaded by the software (you may find explanations on this mailing list) Andrey
