Hello Veronika, We prepared a shipment of the 2 cameras for you, we can send
you 3 cameras, including one replacement. And you will send us the camera that
you were not able to fix back to us. Will that work for you? I'm sorry for the
problems you are having, the NC353 cameras where built a long time ago and the
flash memory may have developed bad blocks over time. We will investigate the
problem on the returned camera and see if we can recommend any solution if
