You're blowing the acrolein issue out of proportion and context.

Acrolein is a product of inadequate combustion of glycerin or
glycerin decay under high temperature.

These are not conditions that exist in the manufacture of
biodiesel.

Biodieselers have occasionally talked about burning the
alcohol/glycerin/FFA/catalyst mix in a traditional fuel oil
furnace as a method of disposal. This would probably create an
"inadequate" combustion scenario and is not recommended. That
does not mean that it couldn't be done in an oxygen rich
environment, such as a furnaced specifically designed for waste
motor oils. But even that would have to be tested.

As for high temps when refining glycerin, this is usually done in
a vacuum, thereby reducing temperature, erego reducing decay.
However, the energy inputs to evaporate glycerin are so intense,
it's not feasible for the average biodieseler.
