But books on phycis and thermodynamics are good information sources for the 
concept of "Free Energy" and engineering handbooks like the one by John H. 
Perry and Robert Perry's or even better Perry and Perry's Chemical 
Engineering Handbook has data on many inorganic and organic substances, if 
you would like to make some math.
