Keith, I sincerely hope you don't go through with your threat to censure Paul for his comments. I've believed in the "sticks and stones" approach to debate. If someone resorts to name calling they pretty much lose their audience (unless you're watching Jerry Springer or Rush Limbaugh) and render themselves ineffective. Personal insults are often the result of frustration from the inability to articulate one's thoughts, or from a lack of a good argument. And censorship looks like, well, censorship. Please reconsider.
