OK, I know nothing about these contraptions, but they sound like they would make REALLY good bubblers from the posts at Journey To Forever. Question is, Where do I find 'em ? I can figure out how to plumb them with the air lines ect..., but first I got to get my hands on them and that is where I need help. I have successfully made test batches using NaOH and KoH on new canola oil as well as NaOH on WVO. Next test is using KoH on the WVO. It titrates just like new oil :) and can be had in abundance here, so maybe things are looking up. I am now in the process of building a cabinet to house my processor and wash tank and have solicited the help of my brother in law who is an eklectrician to do the necessary wiring for all of it (with breakers, closed switches ect...). It should not be too too long before I can finally produce my first full batch of BD which will power my MB 240D. The WVO test batch I did PH'd at 7.43 :) Hopefully the rest will come out as well. Anyway, if anyone can help me with where to locate the pneumatic exhaust silencers I would greatly appreciate it.
