fuel must be dyed before it even enters the state, or at least before it is sold -- in other words, it must be sold as untaxed, dyed fuel for offroad use! So keeping receipts for undyed taxed fuel would do no good here. You may need to phone your state motor fuels tax people in the state dept of revenue to find out local info.

Does anyone know if a regular purchaser of taxed undyed biodiesel is applicable for any kinds of rebate ?

For example if I purchased 100 gallons of B100 this year at market taxed rate here in Phoenix ($3+) and have saved all of the receipts... is that good for anything?
