I'm sure you can find a biodiesel home brewer willing to share the glycerin solution that comes from their biorefinery. Understand that the glycerin solution is not pure glycerin. You have to introduce methanol (to act as a catalyst) and phosphoric acid in order to separate out the free fatty acids (FFA's). By the way, what are you planning on doing with it?
