Yes it's a matter of scale, that's probably why I referenced it, instead of ignoring it. You mentioned urban not village, "Mention of urban horses. Now there's an idea worth looking at". The current calender year is 2007 not 1907, much less 1808. I have too believe you would have a hard time finding even a rural community that is far removed from dodging animal emissions, willing to start doing so again on a voluntary basis.
