In http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/interact.html#EnableZoomAndPanControls it tells us that "SVG user agents that operate in interaction-capable user environments are required to support the ability to magnify and pan."
I know how to zoom (or at least, I know how to enlarge a page -- which is a bit different than zooming) How does one pan in the browser in most browsers?
