Thanks Ben, I concur with the 'important ones' and have added the
following (Chris, you'll likely want to update your generation scripts.
Sorry, I'm not a Perl slinger.)

Here is a list of what is likely to have changed.
Important ones are Pr for Proverbs, Le for Leviticus, Ju and Jd for
Judges/Jude, Es for Esther. The various numbers aren't as important...
Abbreviation 'ES' for Esth maps to extra book 1Esd
Abbreviation 'JD' for Judg maps to extra book JudgA
Abbreviation 'JU' for Jude maps to extra book Jub
Abbreviation 'LE' for Lev maps to extra book Jub
Abbreviation 'PR' for Prov maps to extra book PrAzar

resulted from an error on my part in the script that generates
this array. (I was alphabetic sorting the list of abbreviations,
then case folding--which resulted in incorrectly sorted values.
Now I case fold, then sort--which results in the correct order.)

It looks like any "Pr" reference doesn't work (e.g. Pr 18:8).
