There will be, yes, but some "third-party" items are part of the definition of SE. They're third-party to Symfony2, not third-party to Symony2 Standard Edition

The only code that is really part of the SE only is the /bin/vendors/ script (the deps file that is used by this script is intended to be modified to add your own dependencies if you want to use this way to manage the dependencies).
