We cannot distribute icon files (copyright law) and display them (branding)
without permission of the brand owner. Brent Young is driving a discussion
about this. It is unlikely that it will be resolved soon and then we still need
to ask all of the partners for permission.
In the meantime I am removing the icons that were added to test the
functionality. Let's keep this issue open until it is verified that the icons
are really gone, then downgrade it to "* Feature Request".

Next UI snapshot should no longer have icons.

With latest distro20090510-002 image, the icons disappeared. We do not support
any ICON currently.
So, verify this fix now.

Can't do much about this without some guidance on how to handle the
legal/marketing aspects, therefore I'm postponing it.

Brent Young mentioned in a MSR that they sorted out branding issues with Google
in another context. When I asked about sync, he confirmed that now would be a
good time to get the necessary approvals from our partners.
Jussi, we need up-to-date screenshots for the SyncEvolution 1.0 sync-UI with
icons for all supported services:
- Google
- Funambol
- ScheduleWorld
- Mobical
- Memotoo
Please attach the screenshots here and reassign to me, I'll handle the rest.

Reminder to whoever adds icons: have a look at
Cmdline.cpp:ScheduleWorldConfig() and enable the code which patches in the
icon.png. Otherwise the
SyncEvo::CmdlineTest::testPrintFileTemplates should fail.

I've added logos for four services, Mobical doesn't seem to have a logo that
fits the purpose so it uses the generic sync service log.
Note that the logos are what I found on Google. I expect the partners may want
to provide something different. Also note that the UI is under development, so
may change slightly -- the screenshot does describe the intent well so this
should not be a problem for the purpose.
