The existing Buteo sync plugin must also support Google Contacts:
* add XML configs
* add code which configures SyncEvolution
Before this feature is complete, some other improvements in SyncEvolution must
be made first:
* allow concurrent syncs: bug #681
* preserve local properties not supported by Google:
** hard-code Google's capabilities: bug #15029
** preserve unknown properties: bug #15030
