York runner goes to college and enters a training system that is not near 
the intensity and volume he is used to. His body doesn't respond well to it 
so he does not improve after high school. That is why high schoolers who had 
a high volume of training in high school may not do well in college. The 
college training level is below there high school level so they don't 
improve.
