Oh that is easy Ed.  One round, an aggregate of times.  Cuts down on time,
and keeps the athletes fresh for the 4x400 m.  Just think what they will do
to the distance races, just mail in your times, and they will send you your
medals.  Jumps get 2 attempts, period.
