i would like to rewrite the wiki page for payment so there is a consistent payment:<payment method>=yes/no scheme (like the fuel types for example). currently there is a mixture of boolean and list values which is not good for programmatic processing. i posted this to the comments of the page a couple of weeks ago, but got just one response, that was positive though. so i wanted to check with the tagging mailing list too. any suggestions or objections?
