Hi. Note that you can only merge ways that meet end-to-end.
e.g. *----way1----*-----way2------* can be merged to make *-----way3---*------------------* So you cannot merge something like this where way 2 joins in the middle of way 1. * w a y 1 | | *-----way2-----* | | * - Ben.
