I'd say that since the name of the organisation is "Riding for the Disabled" it should appear on the map in exactly the same form. If it was offensive to it's customers one would think that the name would have been changed by now.
And if nothing else offensive names are the fault of the company in question, not OSM. Tagging a POI with a different name may be more politically correct, but it can be confusing for map users if the map name doesn't match a name on a sign.
