I took a look and agree, so have fed this information back to some of the folks who worked on these tasks. The country's direction o f travel should be considered when looking into the details of the check on github here, https://github.com/osmlab/atlas-checks/blob/dev/docs/checks/malformedRoundaboutCheck.md. I can update when I find out more and will also check in other territories before sending any out on Maproulette until we find out whats happening on this check.
