Thanks for the info I am considering to recontact CIRB, who manages not to say own the URBIS database of Brussels GIS info, including cadastre, ... (see http://www.cirb.irisnet.be/departements/services/urbis for details) to be allowed to use these data to help OSM.
I know that we can have freely (aka gratis) URBIS, but the licence is apparently not compatible with OSM. For any use of URBIS data, a reference to URBIS and CIRB must be made. (see http://www.cirb.irisnet.be/departements/services/urbis/acces-aux-donnees).
