Le tag operator n'est à mettre que quand il y a plusieurs opérateurs ou quand il y a des exceptions aux cas majoritaire :
If the vast majority of a certain object is operated by a certain company and only very few by others, only the "exceptions" should be tagged. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Operator Donc, pas de operator=sncf. Par contre, operator=RATP ou autre sur certaines voies privées comme le train des Pignes ou pas mal de chemins de fer touristiques.
