Kelland Cross has been tagged as place=region, which isn't right -- a
region is something more like the South West. I've changed it to
place=locality which some mappers are starting to use to denote small
places that are just names for the gaps between other places, and other
stuff like that.
Once Nominatim's database is updated the problem will go away.
For future reference, if you get strange search results use the
Nominatim home page to search for the problematic place, then click
through to the details. The area that Nominatim assumes the place refers
to is highlighted with a polygon.
