Hi "YHA (England & Wales)" would go in the "operator" field, not appended to the "name". (I'm not sure which you were suggesting.)
I'm pretty sure that the loose permission (that you quote) is not technically enough to safely use the YHA's own list as a source of data for OSM, though it seems they're likely to be brodly in favour. With a bit more chat with them, and some reassurance that we're not intending to infringe on their copyrights, you can probably get something like an explicit permission to add the data to OSM under ODBL.
