Based on your tracks, I added several u-turn slots. I didn't touch the del monte roads because this requires more time than simply removing one of the rads and lavel them as two-way.
I was about to hit the upload button (in JOSM). When I discovered that, Roosevelt Avenue is not connected to EDSA!
