Tagwatch shows next to no usage of these yet but I added phrases and german translations to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Sample_driving_instructions and will see about adding support for driving directions that make use of these in the next days/weeks as I feel this to be important for good driving directions in a navigation software.
