It seems that the Danish National Cycle Network 8 has been put in two seperate relations (208282 and 131762). What is the easiest way to merge those two relations ? They "only" have 129 and 180 members so it would be possible to merge them manually, but I expect this is a more generic problem so there is probably a simpler solution. I thought that I could use them both as members in a third relation, but I could not figure out how to do that with JOSM or potlach.
