Everyone, I'm seeing some really ugly and useless discussion on this thread. Yes, there are some real technical issues to discuss with the final stages of the license change, but those substantial issues are now lost in this thread. Review the etiquette rules (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Etiquette#Process_for_Moderation), and before you make your next post, consider how it stands up.
