There you have different options:
* installer  => just execute like for every windows software. You might
have to approve the install dependent on your system settings.
* ZIP => extract to a folder and double click on [folder
location]\bin\64bit\obs64.exe  => it is running.
The installer might be the most convenient way for most users.

From the handling and operating I would assume it is basically exact
the same on Windows like on Linux (or on Mac).

Anyhow: I also found a Portable Apps Windows version on
    https://portableapps.com/apps/music_video/obs-studio-portable
Not very much sure whether this makes a big difference to the use of the
ZIP mentioned above.
