You have to start with the phone turned off. Then press and hold the sift, space, clear and while holding down the 3 keys all at the same time also press and hold the power key. Continue holding all 4 keys for about 15 seconds. You may need to do this more then once before it will work. Also try removing the memory card before doing this. Good luck. Remember you will have to install any programs that are in phone memory. Also keep in mind your phone will be just like you got it out of the box. This means you will have to enter the date and time stuff.
