Hai rekan2
saya ingin menginstal GTK+2.6.7 yg sebelumnya harus menginstall Glib 2.6.4, Atk 1.9.0, Pango 1.8.1
Sewaktu menginstall Glib 2.6.4 (tarbz) timbul pesan :

saya pikir karena tidak ada kesalahan saya langsung install ATK 1.9.0 tetapi sewaktu melakukan ./configure terdapat pesan kesalahan :
*** Could not run GLIB test program, checking why...
*** The test program failed to compile or link. See the file config.log for the
*** exact error that occured. This usually means GLIB is incorrectly installed.
configure: error:
*** GLIB 2.5.7 or better is required. The latest version of
*** GLIB is always available from ftp://ftp.gtk.org/. If GLIB is installed
*** but not in the same location as pkg-config add the location of the file
*** glib-2.0.pc to the environment variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH.
padahal jelas2 saya sudah menginstall GLIB 2.6.4 yg lebih tinggi dari yg diminta, tetapi kenapa kok di bilang ngga ada ya
tolong dong para senior bantuannya, untuk di ketahui saya mneggunakan knoppix 3.6 yg di install di hdd (turunan debian)
dan apa perintahnya untuk mengetahui semua program yg terinstall di linux
