Sepertinya butuh tool lain, preferably yg GUI. Framerate yg umum
adalah 23, 25 dan 29 fps. Jadi dalam satu detik ada 22-29
frame/gambar, kalo motongnya berdasarkan detik jelas kurang akurat.
Plus, mengedit pake command line tool pasti sulit sekali walaupun ada
caranya yg bisa precise.
