Since I was a bit afraid of losing settings or stuff when uninstalling (don't I need to be?) I have extracted the MSI and just replaced the thebat.exe (it's the only difference). Maybe it helps to others too: msiexec /a thebat_pro_5-0-20.msi /qb TARGETDIR=d:\install\$$$batmsi2\ (note the absolute path to dest directory is a must; source: http://thebackroomtech.com/2007/08/23/howto-extract-files-from-a-msi-file-using-the-windows-command-line/) -- Best regards, Viktor Kabelac mailto:kabe...@rar.cz ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 5.0.18.12 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
