If you are using alphas, any version from 37 to 40 on IMAP, please disable folder compression and do other options to keep deleted messages on the server - it is known to have problems with filters - it may probably delete a message in one folder and not copy to another folder, so the message will be lost if the folder is compressed (purged) on the server. Please do other cautionary measures to not have the messages lost with these alpha versions. We are doing serious rework, but it is not yet maybe stable. Sorry for that.
