I don't think such a macro exists. What should happen if a message has attachments? Would you really want the whole encoded attachment to be part of your message? Sorry, but I don't see the point in doing this. Perhaps you should use MIME forwarding for such messages. You can either enable it in your 'Forward' template or use the menu 'Specials -> Alternative Forward'.
